Group Rallies Against Obama’s Policies
HARRISONBURG, Va.– The Virginia Patriots rallied to impeach president Barack Obama at an overpass on interstate 81 on Saturday.
The group said one of the reasons is the Affordable Care Act.
Central Western Virginia Patriots director Richard Armstrong said he has already seen the negative effects of the law.
“Obamacare is a big problem. I have a nephew that has already gone through part time work because of it and he has no idea what to do as far as subsidies,” said Armstrong.
White House press secretary Jay Carney said the law would not hurt the job market.
According to Carney, since the U.S. started recovering from the recession, more than 90 percent of the jobs created have been full-time.
