DA Prosecutes Patriot For Defending Yorba Linda From BLM/Antifa

Kris Wyrick, prosecuted for helping defend Yorba Linda
A Black Lives Matter Organizer was angry and frustrated because she was outnumbered by patriot defending Yorba Linda from their anticipated potential violence, looting and arson. She tried to kill some patriots by running over them in her car and was charged with attempted murder.

A little later at the same event, Kris Wyrick with others were escorting the BLM/Antifa “protesters” out of the area. Patriot Wyrick, was trying to prevent any altercation and he actually broke up a violent brawl as they escorted them. Yet, he is also being prosecuted for felony use of bear spray to disperse the brawlers. The last part of the video below is video taken by Wyrick and shows the incident, for which he has been charged. Two people were about to “stun” Wyrick before he started spraying.

It just seems that maybe the District Attorney felt obligated to prosecute a patriot, too, for reasons of political correctness. Many people were pepper-sprayed and otherwise physically attacked that day, yet Wyrick, a leader of the defenders, was singled out for felony prosecution by the District Attorney of Orange County, California, Todd Spitzer (Contact info can be found at bottom of the DA’s website by clicking here.).

Spitzer ran on a promise to improve public safety, but is prosecuting a person, who was trying to keep Yorba Linda safe from physical attacks, arson and vandalism that day.

This protest was in September, 2020, but the case has been delayed due to Covid and the trial has not yet taken place at the time of this posting. It is not too late to contact DA Todd Spitzer and let him know how you feel.

How Black Lives Matter / Antifa Burned Down La Mesa

After the George Floyd incident, some in the BLM movement said they were going to go into “white neighborhoods” and burn them down this time, in contrast to the burning of black neighborhoods in Ferguson and LA riots. Just a few weeks before the Yorba Linda event, BLM and antifa radicals launched an attack on a similar suburb of San Diego, La Mesa.

Watch on Bitchute

Both Yorba Linda and La Mesa are majority white. These attacks by BLM and Antifa were racially motivated against whites. They intended to punish white people collectively for what happened to George Floyd. Kris Wyrick was also active in the defense of La Mesa and Santee in San Diego County, leading one of the groups of defenders in La Mesa, as he did also in Yorba Linda.

Naturally, after the burning of La Mesa, local residents and patriots were concerned whether Black Lives Matter and Antifa had an arson attack planned for Yorba Linda. They tried to burn down the Police Station and City Hall in La Mesa. The police prevented them from burning down City property, but the extremists succeeded in burning to the ground three of the most important commercial buildings in La Mesa, Chase Bank, Union Bank and the unreplaceable, historic Randall Lamb building. See the video below.

The Nixon Library is in Yorba Linda only about half a mile from the Black Lives Matter / Antifa staging area. If unopposed, they could have easily marched on the Nixon library and burned that down, like they burned Downtown La Mesa. The police did not stop the arson attack in La Mesa. Patriots helped the police prevent the BLM/antifa arsonists from vandalizing and burning more buildings in successive events in La Mesa and nearby Santee.

Patriots disrupted their activities in Yorba Linda that day. At least one of them, Kris Wyrick, is being singled out for punishment by District Attorney Todd Spitzer for helping to defend Yorba Linda.

BLM Organizer Threatens La Mesa With Arson Attack … Then It Happens

Tasha Williamson is a lead organizer for Black Lives Matter in San Diego County. After a policemen arrested a young black man in La Mesa she threatened that there would be violence in La Mesa and throughout San Diego County, unless her demands were met. A few hours later it began to happen as she threatened that it would. There was a riot and arson attack in La Mesa. There major buildings were burned to the ground, dozens of stores were looted. They tried to burn down the police station and city hall.

SIDENOTE: Please do not threaten Tasha Williamson with physical harm or harass her. The purpose of this post is to inform, not to incite. She raises money from any such behavior directed at her. So, if you do that, you will just be helping her raise a lot more money and convince more people to support her.

In this video, Tasha warns that violence will spread all over the County if their demands are not meet. The riot and arson attack in La Mesa started just a few hours later.

You have to listen carefully, but in this first video below Tasha Williamson justifies the violence in La Mesa on May 30, 2020, because it forced the City government to listen to their demands. They burned down La Mesa in order to punish an innocent police officer. At about 2:25 she says, “You have to understand what it took to get here today and that level of violence was what it took to get here today.”

At about 4:39, she says, “We should already see justice and we don’t and until we do we will continue to see what we got over the weekend.” (BLM and antifa burned downtown La Mesa and tried to burn down City Hall and the police station over the previous weekend.

The most important immediate demand was for La Mesa to fire and make charges against Matt Dages, a La Mesa police officer, who arrested a black man, Amaurie Johnson, a few days before the attack on La Mesa. The arrest was used to justify the attack. For more background on this situation go to this link.

Police Officer Scapegoated for BLM Riot, Fights Back

Black Lives Matter organizer, Tasha Williamson, live-streams at 8:50 PM to her followers that the “revolution has started”. According to the police timeline, the reports of looting of the Vons stores started at 9:12 PM. A little more than two hours later, at 11.11 PM Chase bank was reported to be on fire and the other two buildings were torched only minutes thereafter. This live-stream by Tasha Williamson could have been a green-light to start the ransacking of businesses and the following arson attack on La Mesa. Williamson was on site to view it when the burning of the banks started.

Under pressure from BLM, Dages was falsely charged and prosecuted for a felony of filing a false police report, but on December 10 2021 he was found “not guilty”. There were no substantive inaccuracies in his report.

Tasha Williamson has a history of threatening city governments with violence, in order to get what she wants. Two years earlier Tasha Williamson threatened to burn down National City, another suburb of San Diego if they did not fire their police chief. She declared that she would show up with 10,000 people at the next Council Meeting and that the town would look like Ferguson when they are done.

The family of Earl McNeil received a settlement of $300K from National City. See this link for a description of what happened to Earl McNeil. The case was much like George Floyd’s, he was on drugs and died in a hospital after being restrained by the police.

National City OKs $300K Settlement With Earl McNeil’s Family

In the end, I do not believe that Tasha Williams directly orders the mob attacks. She just gives green light for it. It more likely antifa and the more radical BLM members that do the dirty work, only indirectly in coordination with Williamson. She acts as the frontwoman with the government entity to make demands and threatens them with more violence from other organizers if they do not comply.

Police Officer Scapegoated for BLM Riot, Fights Back

Great Americans
Officer Dages and wife, Christina
Just two days after George Floyd’s death, what should have been a minor incident involving police officer, Matthew Dages, was exploited by Black Lives Matter and antifa to justify the riots and fire bombing of La Mesa on May 30, 2019. Dages was doxxed on the Internet, received death threats and large crowds gathered at his home under the guise of protesting, but actually to terrorize his family.

In what should be considered a domestic terrorist attack, BLM and antifa firebombed downtown La Mesa, burning the three most prominent buildings to the ground, two banks and an irreplaceable, historic building owned by an architectural firm. The anarchists also set a fire to burn down City Hall and the Police Station, but the fire petered out. Dozens of businesses were vandalized and looted.

There was a consortium of law-enforcement agencies, including the FBI, investigating this attack on La Mesa. The three commercial buildings burned so quickly and completely that it appeared to be a professional arson, but they never got to the bottom of who burned down these three buildings to prosecute the ringleaders. At least one insider said that it was a professional arson. However, to appease BLM/antifa they are prosecuting this policeman for a felony, who was just trying to do his job and had to deal with a belligerent person who felt entitled to defy police officers.

UPDATE: The jury returned a verdict of “not guilty” on 12/10/2021. BLM and antifa failed in their attempt to have this policeman convicted of a trumped-up charge of filing a fake report on Amaurie Johnson.

Amaurie Johnson
Dages was scapegoated by La Mesa city officials and La Mesa Police Department. La Mesa city government refused to stand up to ringleaders of the mob. They tried to bribe Matt Dages with a large, six-figure payment, if he would just leave and get them off the hook. Dages refused the bribe and decided to defend himself. He lost his job and was charged with a felony, due to intimidation by the violent BLM/antifa mob, but also because some members of La Mesa City government are leftists and actually support the terroristic tactics of BLM/antifa and demanded that the San Diego County district attorney prosecute the officer.

District Attorney, Summer Stephan is prosecuting this officer in what amounts to a political show trial to appease BLM/antifa terrorists, who threatened to attack La Mesa again and other cities throughout the County if their demands to scapegoat and punish Officer Dages were not met.

If any mistakes were made in this arrest, something like this would have normally been handled via the administrative process or even in civil court, not by filing felony charges on the officer. The felony charge is just a result of government officials bowing to political pressure and implied or explicit terroristic threats from BLM. DA Summer Stephan used the felony charge as the easy way out of a bad situation for her. Rewarding arsonists, looters and terrorists for their crimes will just mean you get more of he same in the future.

BLM/antifa justified the riot (attack) in La Mesa with this minor police encounter. BLM had planned to riot in San Diego on that day, until this event happened. However, La Mesa is a easier target with a small, suburban police force and a majority white, liberal population. After the George Floyd death, BLM had promised to take their riots to the white suburbs. La Mesa was the perfect opportunity, with a very leftist City Council and situated on a rail line that was convenient transportation for rioters, looters and arsonists, who flooded into town that night using the trolley system.

Some think that the incident with Officer Dages arresting Amaurie Johnson was a setup, planned to provoke a police officer in order to justify an attack on La Mesa. Amaurie’s friends were on the spot in about 30 seconds to take video that went viral and led to the riot and arson attack on La Mesa. An attorney was also already on site within a few feet also taking video and shouting legal advice to Amaurie. Even if it was only a chance occurrence, BLM and antifa certainly took full advantage of it.

All of San Diego should be supporting him and his family in clearing his good name as a police officer. See the videos below.

Christina Dages makes the point in the above video that they would not try to bribe them to leave if Officer Dages had done anything wrong. People will often fight like hell if they feel they have been wronged in an outrageous way. That is exactly what Dages and his wife are doing. They are fighting this injustice tooth and nail.

Background videos, the BLM/antifa attack on La Mesa

This is a response by the police to to an incident where a rioting woman, Leslie Furcron, was accidentally shot in the head with a beanbag several hours after the event was declared an unlawful assembly. Furcron, a grandmother, did not fail to disperse, she rushed to the site after she saw from a livestream that it had become a riot, in order to join the riot and see them burn down the police station.

The Mayor of La Mesa called it an concerted attack and an effort to burn the city to the ground. They tried, but failed, to burn down the City Hall and the Police Station. They also attacked policemen with deadly weapons, large rocks.

This is a video of the main organizer of Black Lives Matter in San Diego, Tasha Williamson, with an entourage of other radicals, observing buildings in Downtown La Mesa being torched and burned to the ground by BLM/antifa supporters.

Tasha Williams issued a slightly veiled threat that violence and destruction will spread to the entire County if Matt Dages is not fired. Later, they added the demand that Dages be prosecuted. This prediction of violence was issued in front of Matt Dages home just a couple hours before the looting, vandalism and arson began in La Mesa, which did tremendous damage as seen in the previous video.

It just seems that BLM and their antifa allies terrorized La Mesa and County officials to the extent that they unjustly had Officer Dages prosecuted, due to threat of retaliation from the mob of arsonists and vandals if they refused.

The last part of this video above is Tasha Williamson in 2018 threatening to burn down nearby National City if they did not fire their Chief of Police. She never made good on that threat, but La Mesa was actually burned down.

San Diego County Gun Owners (SDCGO) Reaches Out To Leftist Extremists

In the video below, the Political Director of the San Diego County Gun Owner, Michael Schwartz, interviews Tasha Williamson and celebrates his outreach, which should result in training and arming radical leftist groups in San Diego, such as the radical fringe of the Black Lives Matter movement. The anarcho-communist movement, Antifa, was apparently also offered the same training and aid in obtaining guns. Michael Schwartz either does not know or — more likely — does not care about Tasha Williamson’s background with BLM and other leftist extremist groups. He reached out to the group and boasts about it in the video below. Reportedly, he has called his successful outreach to Tasha — and thereby to BLM extremists and Antifa — his greatest achievement!

Williamson says (07:00) that she was threatened, and she probably was, but that was because she has been perceived as the leader of the most radical elements of BLM in the County. The town of La Mesa in San Diego Country was looted, vehicles set on fire, and major buildings were burned to the ground during a riot that broke out at a Black Lives Matter Protest. They tried to set fire to the police station and they did set fire to the City Hall (annex), but it burned out. I am not condoning threats, but if she was threatened, it was in response to her own wrongdoing and public, direct or insinuated threats that she has made herself.

Williamson says in the video that she was never part of BLM (11:25), but she often acted as a (if not THE) major spokesperson for BLM in the County as in the flyer below for a panel discussion about BLM. There is no formal membership list for BLM protesters. What we know is that she was often leading BLM protests — sometimes violent — and speaking on behalf of BLM as a prominent leader, during the time that BLM was recently active in 2020.

Tasha Threatens To Burn Down National City

In 2018 Tasha Williamson threatened to burn National City. She said, “You (National City) will look like Ferguson when we are done. (00:50) She also threatens, “Somebody is going to get hurt”. (02:45) When police are ordered to remove her from the building, she screams, “You remove me and you’re gonna have ten thousand of me next time you are here.” (04:50)

Though they apparently made procedural mistakes, the San Diego DA, Summer Stephan, in her investigation found that the police officers were not criminally responsible for Earl McNeil’s death. See this link: DA opts not to charge officers in the death of Earl McNeil. McNeil was found to have very high levels of methamphetamine in his bloodstream, which was enough to explain the heart attack that he suffered, causing his death.

Tasha was not able to gather 10,000 like-minded, fellow revolutionaries to burn down National City as she threatened. However, she and her supporters displaying BLM signs did disrupt National City Council meetings repeatedly at that next two council meetings with the threat of mob action. My opinion is that they put real fear into the council members.

Two years later, La Mesa was burned down during a riot at a Black-Lives-Matter protest. It was a protest in which she was much-involved, as a leader of the local BLM movement.

The next day after La Mesa, BLM rioters also vandalized and looted Downtown San Diego and reportedly tried to set fire to the County Admin Building. BLM also marched multiple times in Santee, another targeted city, but the town was protected by large groups of armed citizens, who caused the BLM mob to restrain their would-be violent behavior and even motivated them to leave town promptly before dark rather than stick around until witching hour and set fire to the town.

Threat: Violence and Arson Will Spread

In this video, Tasha Williamson indirectly threatens violence will spread around the County if their demands are not met. The riot and arson attack in La Mesa started just a few hours later. She said, that other organizers will do it, not her. Her tactic appears to be to isolate herself from direct culpability, while helping to justify it and incite it.

Tasha Livestreams Start Of The Revolution

Black Lives Matter organizer, Tasha Williamson, live-streams at 8:50 PM to her followers that the revolution has started. According to the police timeline, the reports of looting of the Vons stores started at 9:12 PM. A little more than two hours later, at 11:11PM Police reported Chase Bank to be on fire and the other two buildings were torched only minutes thereafter. This live-stream by Tasha Williamson seems to have been a green-light to to tell her viewers to come to La Mesa and participate in the “revolution”.

In the video Tasha Williamson is referring to the shooting of Leslie Furcron in the head with a bean bag at the riot in La Mesa. Furcron, a grandmother, was hoping to see the police station burned down. As she says in her own video, linked below, referring to the Police Station, “Burn that motherfucker down!” The mob was throwing, deadly, baseball-sized to softball-sized rocks at the police at the time Furcron was hit with a beanbag. Technically, I believe the police would have been justified using deadly force in return with such a murderous crowd at an illegal assembly trying to kill them and burn down the police station.

To see the video Furcron made of the incident, go to this link: Leslie Furcron Films Her Own Police Shooting at BLM Riot

The rioters had already been ordered to disperse. It is a shame she was badly hurt, but she should not have been there, but rather at home playing with her grandkids. She willingly put herself in serious danger.

Tasha Tours Burning Banks

Below, Tasha Williamson and her entourage show up in La Mesa to tour the burning of the banks. With perfect timing, they arrive just as the banks begin to burn. A couple hours earlier she livestreamed what can be perceived as a “call to action”. Then, she shows up at a riot just as the banks have been set ablaze. Did she have advanced knowledge?

Having been declared an illegal assembly a few hours earlier, it was illegal for her to even be at this riot. The police were too undermanned and overwhelmed by rioters to do much about it.

BLM Radical Explains: Why The Banks Were Burned Down

One of Tasha’s close associates explains at a protest that she led, why they (BLM) burned down the banks in La Mesa. Stephen Glenn McLeod is an associate of Tasha Williamson. They used his van as a supply van that followed many BLM protests. At this Black-Lives-Matter protest in La Mesa on August 11, 2020, he explains that the two banks were burned down because they built their corporations on the backs of slaves. They also burned the historic Randall building to the ground. I a doubt very much that the banks had anything to do with slavery and even more so with the regard to the Randall building. The Randall building was then occupied by an architectural firm.

I was not a part of Defend East County (DEC), but just a blogger covering the events. However, I believe DEC and 2-3 other similar groups did very much help prevent more rioting and arson in La Mesa and avoid it entirely in Santee, where BLM leaders hoped to bring the same kind of destruction as they inflicted on La Mesa.

BLM protesters would call anyone “racist” and “white supremacist”, who dares oppose their program of intimidation by mob, chaos, looting and arson, I told people they should not to threaten her, not only because I do not think it is right, but because she used the threats to gain sympathy and to aid in fundraising.

Some of the radicals wanted to turn La Mesa into a city controlled by leftist political extremists like Portland became for a while. See this video: BLM Admits, San Diego is not Portland.

McLeod says they are nonviolent, but barely two weeks later he was arrested and charged with a federal felony for illuminating a police helicopter with a tactical laser. Below is a quote from the DoJ press release about the case. See press release here: San Diego Man Charged with Aiming a Laser Pointer at Police Helicopter During a Protest

“When aimed at an aircraft, a beam of light from a handheld laser can illuminate a cockpit, disorienting and temporarily blinding the pilots,” said Suzanne Turner, Special Agent in Charge of FBI San Diego. “It’s a federal felony that the FBI and our law enforcement partners take very seriously.”

Tasha Leads Violent Protest At Police-Chief Home

Tasha Williamson led a protest of intimidation by threat of mob violence om front of the San Diego Police Chief’s home. She often leads this kind of protest to “make them feel uncomfortable”, she says. It makes people fear for the safety of themselves, their family and property. Property tends to catch on fire at BLM protests.

At the beginning of the video Tasha instructs her troops to fight back, if attacked. They apply the concept of collective guilt to their opposition. It seems any pro-American who opposes their agenda may be considered an aggressor and “fair game” as a target to “fight back”.

Towards the end of the video a patriotic neighbor living a few houses away from the Police Chief was beaten. This is not East County, so it seems doubtful that he belongs to the Defend East County group. Tasha can be heard to yell, “he assaulted someone”, which can be considered a que for her mob to attack him. A woman accused him of pushing her. Pushing an aggressive person out of your personal space is not an assault. It is very likely they got in his face when they saw he was a patriot. Probably for that reason, he was viciously beaten by members of the mob as others laughed and cheered them on.

Tasha Reaches Out To Her “Comrades”

Tasha reached out to other leftist extremists to let them know that the SDCGO was offering free training and help in arming themselves, courtesy of their donors.

The Facebook user “Oside4All” includes a screenshot from Tasha Williamson’s Instagram account, lauding the gun advocacy group for helping her and others arm and train themselves for purposes of “self defense”. Tasha uses the handle “queenta4” on Instagram. Some of the participants in these threads are thought to be Antifa members, such as SDAgainstFash (San Diego Against Fascists), which displays an Antifa logo. SDAgainstFash is an account shared by several Antifa members together.

This next image is a screenshot of Tasha’s Facebook page that OSide4All tweeted. “QueenTA4” is one of Tasha’s handles. It is stated here that the SDCGO group helped Tasha and others in arming themselves. Note that they talk of “comrades” being able to obtain guns, CCW’s, gun safes, and training from SDCGO, as well as note the other revolutionary jargon that they use.

The “Michael” that they mention, helping them to arm and train has been identified as the political director of the SDCGO, Michael Schwartz.

Finally, this a the image also from the screenshot of Tasha’s Instagram page that shows the invitation from the SDCGO to the general public, which some in BLM and Antifa are exploiting for their own purposes.

Black-Lives-Matter Radicals Arrested in San Diego County

This is a partial list of persons arrested at Black Lives Matter protests / riots in San Diego County by various local police agencies and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. If you have any information to add to this list, you can send it to me via the contact button at the top of the page, or just click here.

I will be updating this list as more information becomes available. There are probably at least 2-3 times as many arrestees as are shown in this current list. Click on “full screen” to get a better view of the document.

Well, there may have been up to a couple hundred arrested for misdemeanors, who will likely not be prosecuted, but I am only going to try to list those, who seem likely to be prosecuted for a more serious crime.
