Attempt Fails to Use Courts to Limit Freedom of Speech

William Johnson lost today (Jan.12, 2018) in his attempt to silence Kris Wyrick via manipulation of the court system. In San Diego, Judge Tamila Ipema dismissed his frivolous request for a restraining order against two other family members and an family friend. Johnson had also filed a restraining order on a “Shadow Wyrick,” which is a non-existent person, only a handle used by some anonymous person on the Internet.

Johnson and Wyrick are both political activists. The restraining order was motivated mainly by a brawl that broke out at a Border Wall Rally in Otay Mesa in December. During that brawl, Johnson charged Kris Wyrick’s minor son (17 years old) and was struck in the face in self-defense. This produced a small cut on his face. The younger Wyrick had already been attacked by three fully-grown, much older men when Johnson charged him in a threatening manner.

Johnson was very unprepared and ill advised. First of all, the judge dismissed the restraining order request on everyone except Kris, due to no proof that they had been served papers.

The Judge advised Johnson that he needed to prove a threat on his life or violence against his person to warrant a restraining order. There was no proof of either of these presented in court. She also told Johnson that, if a crime has been committed, he should report that to the police, not the courts. She asked, whether a crime has been charged and Johnson replied, “not yet.”

This case is similar to another abusive restraining order filed recently by Yvette Felarca. Felarca is the leader of the violent, far-left, anarchist group, By Any Means Necessary (BAMN). In that case a court awarded the person, who was the object of the restraining order, $11,000 in court costs and other expenses.

Those, who may have advised Johnson to seek such a restraining order, advised him poorly. Will Johnson has now made himself vulnerable to similar penalties, due to his abuse of the court system for political reasons.

The City of San Diego has completely surrendered control of the 6-acre Chicano Park to the radical Chicano’s. The Chicano Park Steering Committee, which is supposed to be informal or “ceremonial,” totally runs the park with the help of their Brown Beret paramilitary group. The CPSC might be considered an agent of the City in this matter. City politicos get, at least, political support and maybe even financial pay-off for this illegal arrangement.

Border Wall Prototypes, Up Close 10/03/2017

I was able to slip up on the compound where they are building Trump’s border wall prototypes in Otay Mesa, near San Diego. I call it “Fort Apache” due to the high security, isolation and the wall around it, not to mention mounted Border Patrol guarding the area. I snuck a little video with my phone before I felt like I might be discovered and had to leave. Sorry about the poor quality of the video.

This is a map of the area where the prototype construction is taking place. There have been no protesters on site, so far. The prototypes must be completed within 30 days, according to the contract. Bring binoculars, if you want to view the prototypes from the spectator zone.

The construction site is over a mile from the viewing area. If you have good binoculars or a camera with a powerful zoom, you can see the construction area. The construction site is on the border just before the elevation starts to rise at the bottom of the foothills. It is framed by two powerline towers, which are fairly easy-to-spot landmarks.

I posted this map so that those, who want to try to see the construction site don’t have to waste their time figuring out where to go. Airway Road has “no parking” signs set up all along the street. However, you can drive to the end of the street and stop for a couple of minutes to get a quick look without anyone bothering you. A couple of minutes is all that most people will need. Take care that some radical, open-borders goon does not approach you unawares.

Siempre Viva Road and Enrico Fermi Place are both blocked by police. You can get a little closer, but you have to park and walk a good distance to get to a viewing spot via either of those streets.

Since we can make out the blue porta-potty and American flags, certainly you will be able to see the prototypes going up, — which will be a lot bigger — if you have a good pair of binoculars or zoom lens on your camera.

Ironic – America Haters Protest Fake “Hate” in San Diego

Haters of America, Trump and all of Western Civilization ironically march in protest of hate in San Diego. See the local anti-fa lead unveiled. Jesse Cannon has been doxed in videos by this blogger and seen by thousands already, who realize he is trying to be the head of anti-fa in San Diego. Thus the anti-fa hijab he is wearing is not doing a lot of good. San Diego is so laid back that is difficult to assemble a significant group of people who want to engage in violent, socialist-anarchist revolution. There were only 4-5 anti-fa at this event and they were not very physically intimidating.

When they say this was not a communist event, just check out what is written on the T-shirt of the girl who is introducing the speakers at 2:52 . “No Walls, No Borders. Workers of the World Unite.” “Workers of the world unite.” is the most famous slogan from the Communist Manifesto. Stateless global communism is a Marxist concept. The destruction of American sovereignty and institutions would be required to introduce a communist society. There are members present of a number of Marxist organizations or allied organizations. No American flags to be seen. You be the judge. Certainly, there are also quite a few clueless, useful idiots in attendance. This event is a Marxist propaganda exercise, anyone opposed to them they want to brand a “hater” and “racist.” In fact, they want to brand the entire history of America as racist and hateful.

It is called “Fake Hate” in the title, because the protesters are taking the actions of a relatively small group of extremists and trying to use it to paint everyone, who disagrees with their far left political agenda, as “haters”. It is just propaganda.

Those who organized the recent event in Charlottesville set this propaganda opportunity up perfectly for the leftists. For that reason, one has to wonder, if they were not paid to do it by some parties, who are interested in advancing the leftist cause. It did a lot of damage.

The people involved do not have to be deceptive. They may actually be sympathizers of Nazism or the KKK. The people, who pay them would know that it would be very harmful to the patriot cause to have them come to the forefront. So, they pay them and promote them without it necessarily being evident where the money comes from.

Four Anti-Fa members tried to throw this blogger and another person, who happened to be with him, out of the march for no reason, except they know he posts critical videos about the leftist tyrants. The police were there, though, and told them to just move on, as you see in this video.

This event took place at the Museum of Man in Balboa Park. The march terminated at Horton Plaza, downtown.
