Migrants Disappointed: Not Allowed to Cross Border Illegally as ‘Patron’ Biden Promised

Univision interviews several people in Piedras Negras, who were hoping to be able to cross the border illegally in massive numbers after Biden lifts policy based on the Public Health Law (Title 42). The policy allowed asylum seekers, who cross the border illegally to be returned to Mexico immediately. A judge approved an injunction to keep the policy in place, as least temporarily.

Biden already made some huge exceptions to this Title 42 policy for pregnant women and so-called “unaccompanied minors”. The “minors” are generally accompanied by a cartel smuggler and dropped off at the border. Many are being returned to Mexico, but a large proportion of them are still allowed into the US and remain, even with the Title 42 policy still in place.

I have learned since writing this post that Mexico is only accepting the return of Mexican citizens and a couple of other neighboring countries. Most of those from other countries are still being released in the US, in spite of the Title 42 policy still being in place. These three are sad, probably because they are Mexicans and will be sent back if they cross illegally.

Of course, most of these people are not qualified for asylum and will end up living illegally in the US, if they are able to cross and claim asylum. Being impoverished, needing work or being a victim of crime does not qualify a person for asylum. Generally, a person is qualified, if there are being persecuted politically or due to some immutable characteristic that they have.

Those living illegally in the interior of the US are more likely to the run over by a bus than be deported. This is because Congress refuses to provide enough resources to deport many of them.

Also, we have not had a president that really supported deporting illegal aliens, including Trump. Trump never supported the measures that would allow large numbers to the deported or that would encourage them to self-deport. Publicly, Trump actually ruled out an E-Verify mandate, which if implemented correctly would have helped greatly to eliminate jobs for illegal aliens.

How Mass Illegal Border Crossing Aids Terrorists and Drug Smugglers

Former Border Patrol Chief, Rodney Scott, explains how mass illegal border crossing is used as a distraction to aid smuggling of those on the terrorist watch list, as well as smuggling of drugs across the border, an huge threat to national security.

Scott was chief agent in San Diego and also national chief of the Border Patrol. A straight-shooter, he was fired when he put the LAW before Biden’s personal, politically-correct edict. Biden ordered the Border Patrol to stop using the term ā€œillegal alienā€. Chief Scott pointed out that ā€œillegal alienā€ is the legal term contained in the law and for that reason had to be used in official documents. For that, he was fired.

Under Title 42, the federal law that deals with public health, asylum seekers crossing illegally were being expelled immediately across the border back to Mexico. This policy was started during the Trump term as a measure against the spread of Covid. Under Biden, the policy was continued for a while, even though some big holes were punched in it, allowing unaccompanied minors and pregnant woman to remain in the US. Recently, he decided to do away with the policy completely. Though a judge has put an injunction against removal of the policy for now, it may still be lifted in the near future. In any case the Border Patrol is already greatly hampered by the flow of asylum seekers that Biden is accepting, currently.

Chief Scott makes a couple of really important points.

First, that mass illegal border crossing is used by the smuggling cartels to distract attention, so that they can more easily slip drugs and those with potential terrorist connections across the border. While the agents are tied up processing asylum seekers, who generally are not even qualified for asylum, the smugglers take advantage of an unprotected border.

Second, the Border Patrol will be overwhelmed if the Title 24 policy is completely lifted and this is a huge national security threat. He points out that, even as things are now, the Border Patrol is on the verge of being overwhelmed. He refers to it taking much longer for agents to process asylum seekers. If the Title 42 policy is completely removed, the Border Patrol will be totally overwhelmed by the increased workload for the agents and the entire southwestern border will become essentially unpatrolled and almost completely open for the smuggling of drugs and potential terrorists.

There are thousands of people with potential ties to terrorism, who are caught every year trying to enter the US illegally, either flying in or crossing the border illegally. No one can know how many are not caught. The rule of thumb for illegal border crossers has been that three get away for every one that is caught. If Border Patrol becomes totally overwhelmed, they will be catching few, if any, of these potential terrorists. If they are not themselves terrorists, many will be sympathetic to terrorism and help create a environment where a community can thrive, which supports terrorism against the US.

1,800 Ukrainian Refugees Now In Tijuana

There are currently 1,800 Ukrainian refugees waiting to cross in Tijuana, as reported by El Imparcial, a news outlet that serves the Baja California border area. Below is the translation of the original article in Spanish, which is linked. The refugees are currently sheltered in the Benito Juarez Sports Unit in the Zona Norte area of Tijuana, just a couple hundred yards from the border. Another smaller encampment pf about 100-200 people is in a small park near the east side of the San Ysidro Border Crossing. As many as 500 in one day were reported allowed into the US last week.

The Benito Juarez Sports Unit is also where the Central American caravan first stayed in 2018. At one point, there were reportedly 6,000 Central American migrants at this same shelter.

Tijuana, BC.- ‘I still have flashbacks of the noise of the bombings, every five minutes every day of the week we have been hearing bombs fall since February 24th,’ said Alexander, from Ukraine.

Alexander arrived in Tijuana on Thursday, where he will have to wait his turn to obtain the refuge that the United States offered to the Ukrainian victims of the war conflict.

Alexander is number 2,385 on the waiting list to enter this Nation, which he does not know.

ā€œI have no relatives, I don’t know anything about that city, I just want my family and I to be safe. That’s all. I think that my little English, my job as an electronics engineer, can help my children and wife,ā€ he said.

Concerns of the Ukrainians

One of the concerns of the Ukrainian is not knowing the whereabouts of the rest of his relatives who stayed between Russia and Ukraine, since it is difficult to leave those places due to the lack of flight, money and protection.

1,800 Ukrainians are in the shelter of the Benito JuƔrez Sports Unit, whose courts and gymnasium reached their maximum occupancy.

For this reason, the State Undersecretary for Immigration Affairs, Adriana Minerva Espinoza Nolasco, reported that some entire families had to be transferred to the Migrant Sanctuary, where until Thursday night they had 15 rooms available for seven people.

They will attend only family nuclei

He explained that there they will attend exclusively to families with babies or minors, who are the most vulnerable in the exodus of those displaced by the war between Russia and Ukraine.

Espinoza Nolasco announced that, although the output and income in the sports unit are constant, they analyze looking for other spaces to serve the Ukrainian community.

Ukrainian Refugee Encampment in Tijuana

These are scenes from the Ukrainian encampment in Tijuana from April 5th, 2022. It is growing rapidly and they told me there that there are well over 1,000 Ukrainians seeking asylum now in Tijuana, whereas there were only a couple dozen a week or two ago. Anti-American community organizers and antifa normally assist refugees in Tijuana, who ware smuggled into the US by the cartels, but with the Ukrainian refugees these radicals are nowhere to be seen. A nonprofit formed by traditional Ukrainian Christian churches is aiding these refugees. To donate go to the organization’s page, Giving Hope .

Sex Trafficking Of Minor Girls Across US/MEX Border

A news report about the trafficking of underage girls across the southern border with Mexico to be exploited as prostitutes in the US. This is just one small part of the criminal networks that are expanding in the US, fueled by illegal immigration and asylum fraud. I believe the estimates are that the cartels make $80 billion per year. I’m sure some of the profits from these criminal operations are used to pay off key politicians in the US, so that they can continue to do business and grow their networks into the US.

Not mentioned in the report is that they also threaten their families in the home country. One girl was warned that her mother would be cut up into samll pieces if she did not cooperate.

Below is Webster’s definition of “human trafficking”. The examples of of forced prostitution and forced labor are what they Government will prosecute. In a broader sense virtually all the millions of illegal border crossers and fake refugee asylum fraudsters are being smuggled illegally into the US to be exploited for financial and political reasons. However. When our Government supports it, they do not prosecute it or call it the crime of “human trafficking”, but that is actually what it is, the largest human trafficking racket in history. It may also be called “treason”. Complicit in this crime are many politicians, businessmen and much of the media.
