Every Illegal And His Dog Crossing Border In San Diego

Illegals crossing on the beach as seen from Mexican side

The video below combines a couple of videos that were posted on Mexican news outlets. They are reused here to show illegal crossers at the beach in San Diego. According to reports, about 100 illegals per day are crossing the border at this place.

The section of a few hundred yards was not finished during the Trump term and is being finished now under Biden. I do not think Biden wanted to do it, but a judge ruled that he could not reprogram the money that had been reserved for it by Trump. So, he has to let it go forward and finish the part of the Trump Wall that has already been funded, apparently. Note the dog crossing near the end of the video. Reportedly, the dog was immediately repatriated to Mexico, but probably not the humans.

View of construction from the US side

They are building an 18-foot primary fence, bordering Mexico and a 30-foot secondary fence behind it. The secondary fence has been completed first. It will take many more months for the primary fence to be finished and presumably for that time, it will continue to be relatively easy to cross here at the beach.

The silver color of the new fence is due to an anti-corrosive coating of some kind applied to the normally rust-colored, steel bollards. The brown fence in the distance was completed during Trump’s term in office.

Other Notorious illegal crossing places in San Diego Co.

When this construction is done, of course, you should not expect the unprecedented mass illegal crossing of millions to stop, at least not while Biden is in office. Here are some other places that they cross regularly. Of course, crossing in all of these places is controlled by the local cartel coyote and illegal crossers have to pay, about $8-9K in the San Diego area to cross from what I have heard.

  • Tijuana river border crossing – Just to the west of the San Ysidro border crossing, behind the Las Americas Premium Outlets there is a 350-yard gap here where there is no border barrier at all to stop fake refugees from walking into US territory to fraudulently claim asylum and be released.

  • Near the South Bay Water Reclamation Plant – At this location just off Monument Road, the cartel coyotes put fake refugees over the primary fence. They camp out there until the Border Patrol comes to pick them up with a shuttle bus. Progressive hypocrites provide food, water and other supplies through the secondary fence here. They claim it is a “humanitarian relief project”, but it is really about progressive (neo-Marxist) politics and cheap labor for big business. Click on these coordinates (32.540046, -117.068154) for a map to the location.

  • Marron Valley – Between Otay Mountain and Tecate Peak, there is no border barrier at all for about 6-7 miles of relatively flat land. The Tijuana river meanders across the border at this place, but it is dry most of the year and can be easily walked across. The Border Patrol has a shuttle bus stop here where they go regularly to fetch the new arrivals, most to be quickly released into the US. The Border Patrol discourages the public from driving all the way to the border in Marron Valley, because it is a hot spot for drug smuggling. Click on these coordinates (32.578056, -116.763056) for a map to the location. The Border Patrol warns that you NOT go past the gate in the road at this point.

  • Campo Creek – where the creek and an old railroad track crosses the border there is several hundred yards where there is no border barrier at all. It is easy to walk across the border here. To drive there you have to use the border road starting from Tecate or from Campo.

  • Jacumba Hot Springs. Near Jacumba there is a single low fence, built during the Bush era, where they climb over. In places the fake refugees can walk around the fence. Reportedly a number of camps are there of fake refugees. The Border Patrol also provides a regular shuttle service for them to the station.

This should be considered criminal endangerment of a child, as well as untold hundreds of other such cases occurring every week. Our government’s policy encourages it, as well other serious criminal behavior.

Illegal Mob Storms Border At Tijuana River into San Diego

An illegal mob storms the border at the Tijuana River near San Diego. This crowd of illegals is climbing the south levee of the Tijuana River channel. If they turn left at the top and walk/run about half a mile, there are about 350 yards of wide open border with no barrier where the Tijuana River crosses the border just west of the San Ysidro port of entry. They can just run across the border in this location. The Border Patrol is not allowed to stop them, but only escort them. This is most probably not a one-time event, but something that the local cartel controlling this part of the border does regularly. They are coming, of course, because Biden has invited them to come by relaxing the policy on who is allowed to remain in the US.

Even if the Border Patrol detains them, these illegal crossers will likely claim refugee status and be released into the US under Biden’s turbocharged catch-and-release policy. Since illegal border crossing is controlled by the cartels, they were without much doubt put across by cartel smugglers and may have been smuggled across Mexico by a cartel, as well. The point is that it is insane for us to be allowing the Mexican smuggling cartels to choose who immigrates to America. We are growing and empowering the cartels on both sides of the border.

They have a cartel contact when they arrive here. Many borrow money from the cartel to cross. They are then, in effect, indentured to the cartel until the loan is paid off. The quickest and easiest way to make a large sum of money is via illegal activities, which may be working for the cartel in the US.

There has been some talk of building a bollard fence across the river here. However, millions of gallons of sewage and toxic waste flow freely into the US territory at this place. US and Mexican officials are concerned that a fence across the river could cause, during rainy weather, the sewage and toxic wastewater to back up and flood Tijuana.

How Asylum Fraudsters Cross Border in San Diego

At the time that the Title 42 policy expired, hundreds of mostly economic refugees crossed the border in San Diego County. This post shows how they were able to cross in the area between the San Ysidro border crossing and the Pacific Ocean, a distance of 5.5 miles. Of course, they can always climb the border fence. Climbing the border fence is nothing new but there are also a couple of other convenient ways they can cross here. The great majority of people are not physically able to climb the high bollard fence.

Though vulnerabilities still exist in the current fence, the construction by Trump was very helpful. The Border Patrol has always said that no border barrier is going to be perfect. What they need is a barrier that will slow them down and channel them into areas where they are easier to catch. However, this does not deter fraudulent asylum seekers, who want to surrender to the nearest Border Patrolman.

Asylum fraud is the main problem at this time. The ultimate solution to mass asylum fraud is a change in policy or law. Trump demonstrated this with his return-to-Mexico policy.

How they crossed the border fence

A knowledgeable source told me that this was a cartel operation. The local cartel controls the illegal traffic on the border, whether drugs or human. The source said that some climbed the fence and others crossed via the very large storm drains that run underneath the border fence in several places. The drains have floodgates on them so that they can be opened when it rains. The local cartel men just cut the floodgates open and people run through it into the US, after having paid the cartel coyote their crossing fee, of course.

This is how they were able to cross the primary bollard fence. They went over and under it with the help of the cartel. Then they go to the nearest Border Patrol agent and tell them that they want to “seek asylum”. Most only seek to be released into the US to ultimately live illegally.

The Biden administration is in my opinion criminally complicit with the cartels in smuggling these mostly economic refugees across the border in order to obtain social benefits and better paying jobs. Seeking a better life is not a legal qualification for asylum. Better employment often includes working for the cartel that smuggled them into the US in a criminal enterprise of some kind, such as drug sales, money laundering, prostitution and human trafficking.

Our own government at national and local levels aid in creating conditions that encourage smuggling of unqualified refugees across the border and very large amounts of government funds are paid to support this enormous human-trafficking network on this side of the border.

Encampment at water treatment plant

There was one large encampment near the wastewater treatment plant. This is just off Monument Road The camp was between the primary and secondary fences. The Border Patrol allowed access to this camp from outside the secondary fence. Here is a video of that camp.

Storm drains under border fence

This is an image from Google Earth of the storm drain that is just next to the campsite. These storm drains are designed to facilitate the flow of toxic, run-off water from Mexico into the US when it rains. The water is polluted with sewage and toxic wastes.

This is probably the storm drain that they went through. After the asylum posers were transferred to a detention center, I saw Mexican national guardsmen protecting the intake of this drain after the economic refugees had been moved to a detention center.

There was another campsite a couple miles to the west of this one. This second campsite reportedly contained single men, because the women at the first site were being harassed. The Border Patrol would not allow vehicles to visit this other camp. It is not clear whether they crossed the primary fence with the rest in the other camp next to the water-treatment plant. However, Arroyo Canyon Matadero also has a similar storm drain, shown below. As mentioned already there are several huge storm drains in this area.

Floodgates in the fence

There are also floodgates built into the fences, which can be opened during times of rain to relieve pressure on the fence. The cartel can also cut these open. Well, they can cut a hole in the fence too, but opening floodgates is probably much easier.

The image below was taken at another location in Arizona, but shows what the flood gates look like. I also saw Mexican national guardsmen protecting floodgates like this to make sure no other asylum seekers enter. The Mexican National Guard does often coordinate with the Border Patrol when requested.

Tijuana River Crossing

I thought they may have walked into the area between the fences are the place where the Tijuana river crosses the border. The image below from Google Earth shows that the primary and secondary fences come together and are joined by a gate. There is a crew working on the fence in this place, but does not appear they entered the area between the fences at this point. However, there is a large gap in the fence where the river crosses the border.

The image below shows (in red) the quarter-mile gap in the fence across the Tijuana river channel at the border. Illegals can just walk along the river bed to cross the border without being hindered by any fence. Of course there will be Border Patrolmen waiting for them. However, if the want to claim asylum, this is exactly what they want, to surrender to a Border Patrolman. The Border Patrol is required by the Biden administration to continue the human smuggling operation by transporting the asylum poser to the station to make an asylum claim. From the Border Patrol station, our Government at different levels assists the asylum posers in traveling to their desired destination anywhere in the US they need to go. Government-funded nonprofits often provide camouflage, assisting in ways that the Government does not want to be seen doing directly.

It is difficult to engineer and build an effective border barrier in a place where a river crosses the border, because the river can wash the barrier away when it floods.

There is another location in Marron Valley on the east side of Tijuana, where the the Tijuana river meanders back and forth across the border. In Marron Valley, there is no border barrier at all for about 6-7 miles of relatively flat, walkable borderland.

San Diego Asylum Seekers Transferred To Dentention Center – Fetch and Release

My Commentary – Fetch and Release

A news outlet in Tijuana, El Imparcial, reports that hundreds of fraudulent asylum seekers in San Diego are being transferred to a detention center. They have been camped out between the two border fences in the area just west of the San Ysidro border crossing.

No one has reported how hundreds of people were able to cross the 18-foot high bollard fence in a very short time. Many of them are small children or those not physically fit enough to scale such a high fence. I believe the Border Patrol was directed by the Biden administration to just open a gate and usher them into the US. They were probably even transported from the Mexican airport to the campsite in vehicles paid for by US taxpayers if the truth be known.

Update: Found out that there is a quarter-mile gap in the border fence across the Tijuana River in this location, just west of the border crossing. They can just walk through this gap. Also, huge storm drains run underneath the fence and floodgates are built into it in low areas. The cartel can cut open the iron bars on the storm drains and they can cut the locks on the floodgates to allow people just to walk through. There are multiple ways they can cross the border here. I heard from a knowledgeable source that this was a cartel operation.

Biden is making very significant changes in how these mostly unqualified asylum seekers are processed. He has said that he wants to bypass the cartels, which is a good thing. However, he will have government bureaucrats grant them asylum instead of courts, by using a system called “protective parole” (aka humanitarian asylum). Protective parole is the same system that was used to allow 100,000 Ukrainians to quickly enter the US.

In my opinion, that is a serious abuse of the parole system for blatant political reasons. The Ukrainians were fleeing a genocidal war being waged against them by a nuclear superpower. Russia has been intentionally bombing civilian targets, kidnapping children, and obliterating entire Ukrainian cities. This is not to mention threatening to use nuclear bombs in Ukraine.

Most of these other asylum seekers will tell you they are just looking for a job and a better life, that is social benefits. Many also claim they are fleeing ordinary crime. None of these are qualifications for asylum. To treat those who want better pay and social benefits in the same way as people, whose cities are being bombed to rubble and threatened with nuclear war is way beyond absurd.

Parolees will be entitled to social benefits immediately. They can also apply to work legally in the US and be approved to work by one of Biden’s bureaucrats. Parole is intended to be temporary, but we can be sure few of these people will ever leave, once they are here. Biden has said he is going to admit 100,000, but this is just a start. I do not believe there are any constraints on how many he can admit under the protective parole system. This is an employment and political program, disguised as an asylum program.

This new process is not transparent at all. It is a severe abuse of the asylum system. It appears that many, who have applied from their homelands and already been approved, will fly into a border city in Mexico and be transferred immediately across the border, without waiting in Mexico. This makes them fairly invisible to the American public, as Biden sneaks them into the country.

In San Diego, it seems they have hired a contractor to go into Mexico and shuttle asylum seekers to shelters and processing centers in the US. So, they will be practically invisible to the American public. Instead of “catch and release”, I call it “fetch and release”. They will fetch them now in buses and vans form Mexico to be released here in the US. They will immediately start receiving the much desired, generous social benefits and jobs.

Migrants stranded between the security walls of the United States are being moved

Children, women and men have been waiting five days for this moment.

Tijuana, B.C.- The hundreds of migrants who entered the United States irregularly and who were seen for days between the border walls were transferred to a detention center by agents of the Customs and Border Protection Office (CBP).

The children, women and men have been waiting five days for this moment, because they trust that this way they will receive humanitarian asylum and that they will be able to stay in North America to have a better life.

Horacio, a young man from Colombia, who was part of the men-only camp, waited from the early hours to be called by CBP One agents to get on a truck.

They say they take us to a kennel (Detention Center) to be transferred to another,’ he said.

Progressive Do-Gooder: This Is Not Our Country

Progressive do-gooder at the border in San Diego at a camp of mostly unqualified asylum seekers says that this country does not belong to us, it belongs to everyone. She bemoans the suffering of the children. However many asylum fraudsters bring children in order to exploit a loophole in the asylum law and/or policy. They often bring small children because they are easier to control. Some parents send their children to the border alone by means of drug/human trafficking cartels. This is child abuse and if justice were done the children should be taken away from such people. In order to stop this abuse of children, the US government should stop the wanton release hundreds of thousands if not by now millions of unvetted and unqualified asylum seekers into the US.

This woman states a couple of basic principles of leftist, progressive ideology. First, everyone is “good”, at least those who accept their ideology. The people trying to cheat their way into the US can have no malicious intentions. Secondly, everybody has the same rights as Americans in our own country. Feelings are more important than laws to them. Those who do not subscribe to their ideology are, of course, the “enemy” and “racists”.

To visit this encampment

If you live in the area and want to visit this camp, just paste these coordinates into your navigator. The encampment will probably be active for some time. Reports are that the Border Patrol is allowing them in, but very slowly. I have updated the coordinates, so they should be exact now. The encampment is just west of the water treatment plant.

Encampment coordinates – 32.54029,-117.0677

To see the location on Google maps, click here.

Note: The people have been moved to a detention center for processing and probable release of many if not most of them.

The Border Patrol has not been preventing anyone from visiting this site, as far as I have seen.
