Caravan Safe House Layout in San Diego

The layout of the current caravan safe house at 1555 Sixth Avenue in San Diego is shown in the diagram below. This is the main location in San Diego and even all of California for transferring caravan-style, fake refugees into the US. It is funded by California and the County and City of San Diego, a factory for mass processing and distribution of tens of thousands of fake refugees across the nation, up to 90% of whom will never obtain asylum and ultimately just reside illegally in the US.

Progressives call it a “migrant shelter”. I call it a fake refugee “safe house”, because it provides the same function as a safe house does for illegal border crossers.

There is nothing else like it in the US, thanks to our state and local elected officials, so generous with our tax dollars. It is a little Ellis Island for illegal workers and future progressive voters. Besides our own radical progressives, the word is that intelligence agencies in Venezuela, Cuba and Russia have instigated and promoted the recent, growing flood of fake refugees to our border.

This diagram is provided for the benefit of citizen journalists, prospective protesters, neighbors or those, who are just curious about the site and want to come and take photos/video for uploading to social media.

The court is actually two buildings joined together, 1555 and 1501 Sixth ave. There is a wall separating the two roofs. There are stairs over the wall that make is possible to walk from one roof to the other.

Layout of old Family Court Building
1555 Sixth Avenue, San Diego, Ca

There is vehicle access from both Beech and Cedar streets, but access via Beech is blocked by a temporary fence. The only vehicle gate being used is on Cedar Street. A canopy has been setup next to the gate for the guard and there are at least 1-2 guards on site 24 hours. There were 3-4 guards on duty at times at the former location and that may often be the case at this new location. There are cameras all around the building. You might mistake this place for Fort Knox for all the security and surveillance they have.

A stairwell provides access to the building, where “exit” is marked. The caravaners access the roof from there and then are loaded into waiting vehicles as indicated by “loading”. DHS buses coming from the detainment center unload the caravaners directly in front of the building on Sixth Avenue.

The caravaners sleep and live in the courtrooms on the north side of the building and the south side is used for processing them in/out and office space for the radical, anti-American progressives, who operate the safe house.

Two tall buildings are directly behind the old court house, from which there is a clear view of the roof. We hope to see interesting video of the goings on there from some of their neighbors, residing above them.

Video of Fake Refugees Being Unloaded at Church in San Diego

DHS Releasing Fake Refugees at Church
Bogus refugees being unloaded at the Quinta de Guadalupe Catholic Church at 938 18th in San Diego, Ca. This is near Imperial Beach. These may be caravaners, but there are also other fake refugees crossing in small groups all the time, whether they come in a caravan, or not. Most people, who cross and fraudulently claim asylum, actually do not come in a caravan. Many thousands have crossed in the last couple of months, just in San Diego County. There is a so-called “Rapid Response Network”, which consists of progressive churches and nonprofits, which assist the fake refugees, often using state and local tax dollars. California has pledged $25 million for the next year. San Diego County and City are also dedicating tax money to help these people who are fraudulently exploiting a loophole in the immigration law to gain easy access to the US, bypassing the immigration law. The County has approved a large vacant courthouse for their use a 1555 6th Ave in San Diego. The great majority of them will end up living illegally in the US.

Church Sheltering Thousands of Caravaners in San Diego Exposed

Caravaners rush the border. The sign reads,
“The Third World Is Now Here”.
Christ United Methodist Church in San Diego, Ca has sheltered about 5,000 Haitian refugees and 5,000 caravan-style refugees, who were mostly fraudulent. They only have up to a couple hundred on any one day, because they only stay a day or two and then are then transported to their ultimate destination. The fare is often paid for them by the nonprofit, which is to be funded by the state government. You can go to the website of the church here.

They are described as “fraudulent”, because most of them just disappear into the streets of the US without ever obtaining asylum. They are coached to say the right words to pass a very minimal credible fear interview and some of the disappear immediately, others go though the process, but are denied asylum by a court. DHS Secretary Nielsen says about 90% never obtain asylum status. Passing a credible fear interview is not “vetting”. The are released with documents that identify them as “legal” residents, until they fail to file within a year for asylum status, fail to show up for their asylum hearings or are denied asylum by a court.

A group of politically-radical, progressive nonprofits has been paying for the costs of sheltering the 90% asylum fraudsters, called the “Rapid Response Network” (RNN). Gavin Newsom has pledged $25 million to the RRN from State of California to pay the costs for the next year.

Christ United Methodist Church at capacity, needs help preparing for incoming migrant caravan

The County of San Diego has approved use of the now vacant Family Courthouse at 1555 sixth avenue for use by the RRN in the future. The County has already been paying medical costs. On a cost per day basis, about 10 times as much is spent on these dubious refugees as they do on the local homeless Americans.

The 90% fraudsters are supposed to move to the new location by February 15th, 2019. At the date of this writing there is no evidence the move has taken place. It could be delayed or even cancelled, because there is no large caravan on the horizon coming to San Diego at this time or because the County just becomes embarrassed about their support for the asylum fraud. Most of the County Supervisors are purported to be Republicans, but they try to mimic leftist Democrats as closely as possible as a survival strategy.

The refugees this church is serving are caravaners or other similar fake “refugees”, who are exploiting a loophole in the asylum law to gain entry into the US, even if they have no expectation of ever obtaining asylum.

In spite of what you may have been led to believe by the media or certain politicians. A large proportion of the last two caravans is now residing in the US. Either they crossed by gaming the asylum system or they crossed the border in the more traditional illegal way with a coyote. Single adult men generally cross illegally and adolescents travelling alone or adults with minors cross by exploiting the “Flores” loophole in the asylum process.

Even when there are no “caravans”, there are always large numbers of fraudulent asylum seekers at the border crossing, who come as individuals and small groups from Central America, southern Mexico and other countries around the world, crossing the border in this way by misrepresenting themselves as refugees and exploiting children as their get-in-free ticket.

The “Flores Agreement” requires asylum seekers with minors or minors travelling alone to be released after 20 days. (You can google it to learn more.) That is, they are released before it can be determined, whether they are qualified for asylum or not and before they can be adequately vetted or checked for diseases.

There is really no clear limit as to how many can be admitted to the United States in this fraudulent manner and it has been ramped up in the last few years by the progressive nonprofits, who organize, encourage and support the caravans. This kind of asylum fraud is the wet dream of radical progressives, who want to “fundamentally transform” America via immigration from the Third World.

CAUTION: No one should do anything that might remotely be considered a crime, even a very minor crime, at either of the two pseudo-refugee shelters, because it could very well be elevated to a felony hate crime. Offensive telephone calls or emails should be avoided, also.
