Rep. McClintock Calls For Americans To Rise Up Against Usurper Obama

Obama threatened to ruin (illegally) the credit rating of the US unless Congress acceded to his demands. This is the action of a dictator, not a president. The House of Representatives has the right in the Constitution to control spending.
