California Doctors Debunk Covid-19 Media Hysteria (Full Video)

Two doctors, Dan Erickson and Artin Massihi, co-owners of Accelerated Urgent Care, which offers Bakersfieldā€™s only private walk-in COVID-19 testing site, held a press conference on April 22 to report their conclusions about COVID-19 test results. The doctors said that 12% of Californians tested so far have been infected. Extrapolating that to the general population, they estimated that as many as 5 million Californians have likely contracted the virus. They then used the total number of COVID-19 deaths statewide (roughly 1,200, as of last week) to calculate a death rate of just 0.03% ā€” similar to the average death rate from seasonal flu. The media conference is in Bakersfield in Kern County, California.

Fauci, himself, stated in an article published in the New England Journal of Medicine that it was possible that Covid-19 would turn out to have a similar impact as that of the seasonal flu. See article below.

Did Gov. Newsom Know Pandemic Was Coming?

California Governor Newsom enacted the bill entitled “AB-262 Local health officers: communicable diseases” on October 12, 2019, only a few weeks before Covid-19 cases appeared in China. This bill gives the governor the ability to require county health officers to issue orders to local agencies, bypassing local officials. This appears to legalize the Newsom dictatorship. Registered California voters can sign the recall petition at RecallGavin202.com.

Below is a excerpt from the bill stating that the bill would create a state-mandated local program than imposes requirements on local health officials. My understanding is that this bill allows the Governor to dictate health orders via local health officers with no possibility of local officials overruling the requirements. In turn the health officers are required to give orders to local agencies, such as law enforcement.

The bill would authorize the local health ofļ¬cer to issue orders to other governmental entities within the local health ofļ¬cerā€™s jurisdiction to take any action the local health ofļ¬cer deems necessary to control the spread of the communicable disease. By imposing new requirements on local health ofļ¬cers, this bill would create a state-mandated local program.

Freedom Rally Scheduled for Friday, May 8th in San Diego

A new freedom rally has been scheduled for downtown San Diego on May 8th, 2020 at the Hall of Justice. The San Diego Police Department has twice already sent a recommendation to prosecute on misdemeanor charges the organizer of these rallies, Naomi Israel (aka Naomi Soria) for exercising her rights of freedom of speech and freedom of assembly and enabling others to exercise their own constitutional rights. Naomi is already facing potentially 6 months in jail and a $2,000 fine for defying tyranny in California.

The City Attorney has not yet decided whether to prosecute these charges in court. If you would like to support Naomi in her fight for liberty, justice and constitutional rights, please contact the City Attorney’s office and request that she honor her oath of office to respect and uphold the Constitution and that they not prosecute Naomi.

Governor Gavin Newsom has said that he will not be driven in his decisions by protests or politics, but only by “science”. However, he is obviously driven by a progressive, globalist ideology and politics rather than science. He would very much like to be president someday and has openly stated that he intends to use the Covid-19 panic to effect progressive transformation of California and the Nation. If his policies and authoritarian, unconstitutional decrees turn out in the end to appear to be the enormous screw-up that they actually are, his political career will most likely be over. This is exactly what is really driving him. He is trying now to cover up his failure of cosmic proportions.

It’s becoming clear that Newsom made the flu-like, Covid-19 bug appear to be as much as 50 times more dangerous than it really is. Quarantining large masses of healthy people has not generally been used in the past and is not scientifically proven to be effective.

Shutting down non-essential businesses has been used in epidemics for many decades, but probably not nearly to the extent that it is being used today, bankrupting large numbers of businesses and creating frightening levels of unemployment, not seen since the Great Depression. Newsom is wrecking the California economy and trampling on the rights of Californians, due to his stubborn arrogance and obvious, extreme ideological motivations and political ambitions.

Tyranny Rising – Freedom Organizer Threatened With Additional Charges

The San Diego Police Department sent a report to the City Attorney recommending a second set of misdemeanor charges be filed against the organizer of freedom protests against the draconian decrees of state and local officials in response to the relatively-mild, flu-like Covid-19 bug. The City Attorney will review the report and make a decision whether to file the charges with a court, probably in the next few weeks or months. They have up to one year to file charges in a misdemeanor case. Covid-19 is having roughly the same impact on health in the US as a regular flu season. State and local officials are exploiting this relatively mild health threat as an excuse to issue authoritarian decrees in order to deny citizens their constitutional rights of freedom of movement, freedom of speech and freedom of assembly. This can set a terrible precedence if allowed to stand.

This event was called ā€œA Day of Liberty ā€“ San Diego Freedom Rallyā€, organized by Naomi Israel. Held on April 26, 2020 in Pacific Beach, a neighborhood of San Diego, Ca, it was a protest of the lock-down, due to Covid-19. This was the second protest. After the first protest, the San Diego police department sent a recommendation to the City Attorney for misdemeanor charges to be filed in court.

After this second protest, the San Diego Police Department sent a second report to the City Attorney recommending an additional misdemeanor charge be filed against the Naomi. The City Attorney will review the report and make a decision whether to file the charges with a court, probably in the next few weeks or months.
