Pathological narcissism is endemic to politicians and cult leaders. A characteristic of extreme Narcissism is that the person believes he has a special relationship with God, that he has a divine mission is a prophet of God or is actually God himself. Obama and his followers have insinuated that countless times in public without ever any complaint from Obama. Obama is obsessed with hatred of America and transforming it into his own version of the Kingdom on Earth.
