When Obama declares openly that he plans to dictate and angry crowds do not appear demanding that he be impeached and removed, he knows that it is safe to go forward with his plans. History will record that America was surrendered without a shot and barely a whimper, because Americans were just not that interested any longer and could not be bothered.
