“Martial law is usually imposed on a temporary basis when the civilian government or civilian authorities FAIL TO FUNCTION EFFECTIVELY (e.g., maintain order and security, or PROVIDE ESSENTIAL SERVICES), when there are extensive riots and protests, or when the disobedience of the law becomes widespread. Fundamentally it is a requirement put on civilian government when they FAIL TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY.”
The crazy fringe right wing has the government locked down and closed up because my government wants to give me essential services, e.g. reasonable health care. She came correct.
Would love to idiots like her them try to impose martial law. It would be the quickest way to get Obama out of the White House and into a new home at a federal prison.
Probably not. Americans are fed up with the right wing and their Mickey Mouse antics. I honestly think that Americans would welcome our government ramming through a couple of initiatives that are for the people for once and not for corporate gain.
