Obama impeachment: A ship that will never sail by Judson Phillips

This article is by the Founder of the Tea Party Nation, Judson Phillips.  The Tea Party national umbrella organizations have set up non-profit organizations, so that they can receive anonymous donations from fat-cat Republican donors and, in effect, feed on tax benefits from the hand of the Government.  (Tax-exempt status can be claimed on a  tax return even before it is approved by the IRS.)  They fear ultimate rejection of their status by the IRS, if they call for Obama’s impeachment.  All they really think about is what their Republican sponsors want.  They cannot afford to care about Obama being a criminal, who is subverting  the Constitution. 

If you wonder why few local Tea Parties participate in the impeachment movement, this is most likely the reason for most of them.  They take direction from their associated umbrella organization.  Even if the Republicans win the Senate, they are still unlikely to try to impeach Obama unless the public demands it loud and clear. This situation should make your blood boil.

Congressmen Want to Bring Obama to Court for Not Faithfully Executing Laws

Correction: This is not an impeachment resolution as my last posted link claimed, but could be preliminary to impeachment or some other legal means of containing Obama, if a court rules he has exceeded his powers.

Congressman Tom Rice of South Carolina, a Republican, is sponsoring a resolution in the House of Representatives that would, if adopted, direct the legislative body “to bring a civil action for declaratory or injunctive relief to challenge certain policies and actions taken by the executive branch.” In other words, Rep. Rice wants to take President Obama to court for not faithfully executing the law. 30 Congressmen have reportedly co-sponsored this resolution.

 

Congressman rips Obama for acting like tyrant

A member of Congress  is now warning that Obama’s imperial presidency – his arbitrary enforcement or non-enforcement of the nation’s laws – has gone too far. And so he’s endorsing a resolution in the U.S. House that would allow a lawsuit over Obama’s decisions to abrogate laws passed by Congress.

More than a few distracted motorists must have wondered, “What the heck? Who in their right mind believes the president has committed acts that merit impeachment?”

Admin Note: Who in their right mind, indeed. It’s good that the Obama worshipers are talking about it, though. They are just helping to get the word out. Let them rant.
