A pair of Wisconsin men who used a footbridge as a platform for criticizing President Obama are suing a small town that banned anyone from displaying signs and flags on overpasses, arguing it’s a direct attempt to quash their right to free speech.

  1. Just by reading the headline of the article. I knew right away it would be a matter of public safety. They consider reading something on an overpass is a distraction. Therefore, it brings to mind. If this creates a problem then every billboard on the roadsides should be removed and some billboards are high-tech with videos that can also distract a driver
