This protest is put on by the LaRouche Youth Movement. According to his wiki, Lyndon LaRouche is a conspiracy theorist, who was a Trotskyite (communist) during his younger days. In recent years, he is has become more accepting of capitalism, but his movement is still part of the Democratic Party, though many people think it has something to do with the Tea Party.
LaRouche PAC has dozens of these two-man teams that go around small-town America and promote the impeachment of Obama. Whatever you may think of them, they have been pretty effective in keeping impeachment in the minds of the public with their iconic, feather-ruffling image of Obama sporting a Hitler mustache.
