Update on Arrests of Overpass Protesters
The two overpass protestors, who were arrested in St. Charles Missouri for failure to obey and one also for “resisting arrest, were in the end not charged with any crime.
No charges for ‘Overpasses for Obama’s Impeachment’ protesters
The protester in Fresno, Ca (Brian Sumner) was charged with obstruction and failure to obey. He was shoved by the police rather violently backwards onto a sidewalk for no apparent reason and is considering a counter-suit. He was standing next to a banner that was being cut down by Caltrans and objecting to the act verbally, but was not physically interfering.
