Uhuru Solidarity Movement – San Diego USM is a black racial nationalist, socialist group. Uhuru means “freedom” in Swahili, but in the context of African revolutions, it meant liberation from the white man and in some cases white ethnic cleansing.
Welcoming America – Encinitas, Lemon Grove and Solana Beach participate in this program to “welcome” often unvetted and unqualified refugees.
