A new freedom rally has been scheduled for downtown San Diego on May 8th, 2020 at the Hall of Justice. The San Diego Police Department has twice already sent a recommendation to prosecute on misdemeanor charges the organizer of these rallies, Naomi Israel (aka Naomi Soria) for exercising her rights of freedom of speech and freedom of assembly and enabling others to exercise their own constitutional rights. Naomi is already facing potentially 6 months in jail and a $2,000 fine for defying tyranny in California.
The City Attorney has not yet decided whether to prosecute these charges in court. If you would like to support Naomi in her fight for liberty, justice and constitutional rights, please contact the City Attorney’s office and request that she honor her oath of office to respect and uphold the Constitution and that they not prosecute Naomi.

Governor Gavin Newsom has said that he will not be driven in his decisions by protests or politics, but only by “science”. However, he is obviously driven by a progressive, globalist ideology and politics rather than science. He would very much like to be president someday and has openly stated that he intends to use the Covid-19 panic to effect progressive transformation of California and the Nation. If his policies and authoritarian, unconstitutional decrees turn out in the end to appear to be the enormous screw-up that they actually are, his political career will most likely be over. This is exactly what is really driving him. He is trying now to cover up his failure of cosmic proportions.
It’s becoming clear that Newsom made the flu-like, Covid-19 bug appear to be as much as 50 times more dangerous than it really is. Quarantining large masses of healthy people has not generally been used in the past and is not scientifically proven to be effective.
Shutting down non-essential businesses has been used in epidemics for many decades, but probably not nearly to the extent that it is being used today, bankrupting large numbers of businesses and creating frightening levels of unemployment, not seen since the Great Depression. Newsom is wrecking the California economy and trampling on the rights of Californians, due to his stubborn arrogance and obvious, extreme ideological motivations and political ambitions.
