The Tea Party Patriots cannot effectively go against the tyrant in the White House, because, as a nonprofit, they are constrained by Obama-friendly IRS regulations. They can, however, raise tax free money from large, anonymous contributors. You cannot be sure who is giving them money. They are also controlled by those fat-cat contributors, who do not want Obama removed from office and many of their big contributors like the idea of having an unlimited supply of cheap labor.
