There is no problem at all with Jim Neighbors, head of the Overpasses for America organization, using donations for personal expenses, as long as the donors knew that they may be making payments on his Ford and not paying for impeach-Obama protests. However, people say he misled them with the statement on his account (see image). THAT could be considered fraud.
