The protester in Fresno, Ca (Brian Sumner) was charged with obstruction and failure to obey. He was shoved by the police rather violently backwards onto a sidewalk for no apparent reason and is considering a counter-suit. He was standing next to a banner that was being cut down by Caltrans and objecting to the act verbally, but was not physically interfering.
